If you are coming from a 13 go for the 15 will have more meaningful differences. It depends on how much you value the bigger screen and battery. For me those two things are non negotiable, especially given how similar the 14 and 15 are. However, the 15 has a bit better camera and also the dynamic island.
For $50, it’s a no-brainer. While it does stutter sometimes, it still is a great phone, and runs iOS almost always really smoothly, and it’s a great phone haptically! It’s fine as long as you understand it’s limitations. It’s OS is pretty much most probably the last update it’ll get. I don’t hope for an iOS 16 update.
