I have also checked fuel line/common rail sensors and they seem to be working ok! Checked the not so obvious coolant temperature sensor because it was been reported to be the problem with some Audi Q7 3.0 TDI engine troubles in another forum. It did not helped either. The engine still wont start, it cranks but then nothing.

I have been on a very long roller coaster ride with a constant Emission Failure with My Q7 over the last 7 months. I have had the vehicle into several repair facilities and the Local Audi dealer a Total of 7 times have replaced Nox Sensors (both), andI believe the '09s still use this same 3.6 engine type in the Q7, though if your intake manifold is all black plastic (vs. all aluminum/silver), that's the single stage intake. I believe for '08 VW went with the single stage 3.6 for the Touareg (facelift "T2" started that year), which is why I even mention it at all.The only time it did shut off was when I did the manual driving regen and it came back on when I cleared the DTCs. The only code present in the DTC list is the P1A58 which will not be clear with VCDS. DPF levels seem to be perfect. Ash level is around 169ml and the Soot calculated was at 3.0 Grams with measured at 0.0 Grams. 6S6sI0p. 103 601 815 911 536 888 256 8
