Below is a link that will show the BMW brand part, & the part made for BMW, by the vendor that made them. Banks 1, sensor 2 would be the 2nd O2 sensor on the passenger side of the engine. Sensor 1 is the sensor before the 1st Cat, sensor 2 would be after the 1st cat. Since it is the heater circuit, make sure the fuse has not blown.

2011 BMW E92 M3 [10.00] I'd go gloss black, especially if your trim is gloss. That being said I don't think it's the end of the world to mix gloss and matte black. Even my car came with matte black window trim & mirror frame but the pillar is gloss black and the shark fin is gloss black. Either way the black is going to look sweet.
