For some reason, when you run the HD mod installer, it doesn't default to it's current location, but rather the location it thinks the default instillation for HoMM 3 is. As such, it's looking in (C:\GOG Games\HoMM 3 Complete\) when it should be looking in (C:\Program Files (x86)\GOG Galaxy\Games\HoMM 3 Complete\).
